Teaching Plan

Before do the teaching and learning activity, teacher should make a lesson plan according to the curriculum or syllabus from Philippines government. In addition, teachers here in USHS use the format of lesson plan similar to my country but there are some differences about the structure format of teaching activity.

The main formats of the lesson plan here in USHS are have learning objective, subject matter, materials need, and classroom preparation. When it comes to classroom preparation, teacher have some parts before going into main activity; there are review, motivation, discussion proper, and procedures of the activity, then evaluation. In the end of the learning session, it also have review of the review of the lesson on that day.

Moreover, after planning the lesson plan, teacher will prepare the slides of Power Point to present to the students. The slides will include about the title or the subject that the students will learn for a day, then will follow by the review of the materials before, the discussion, also the drills (exercise), until the end of the lesson. In addition, teacher will also consider about the maximize all of the types of learning from the students. So that, teacher will maximize the way they will teach in the class.
